Oral Presentations
The official language of IMWA 2026 is English.
- Keynote Lectures: 35 minutes (30 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
- Regular Presentations: 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
A data projector and PC will be available in all conference rooms.
Presentation Slides
- Prepare your slides in PowerPoint Show format (*.ppsx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Images should be compressed or low-resolution to avoid excessively large file sizes.
- Detailed slide formatting tips are provided in the Presentation Tips section.
- Once your slides are ready, please upload them to ConfTool (link will be activated before the conference).
- Files uploaded by 3 July 2026 will be tested in advance for compatibility.
On the Day of Your Presentation
- Arrive at the session room 5 minutes before your session and inform the session chair.
- Refer to the Presentation Tips section for additional guidance.
Poster Presentations
- Poster size is limited to maximum DIN A0 (width: ≈ 90 cm, height: ≈ 120 cm).
- Poster panels and materials will be provided on-site.

- Do not distort the logos when using them in posters or presentation materials.
