Registration Terms

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to the IMWA 2026 Conference. However, should you need to cancel your registration, please carefully review the following terms:

Conference registration is confirmed upon submission.
In case of cancellation, a refund of 80% of the registration fee will be granted if the cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to the event start (by June 5, 2026). After this date, participants remain fully liable for the registration fee, regardless of actual attendance.
No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.
Payment of the registration fee is due at the time of registration and must be completed within 7 days of submission (but no later than 7 days before the start of the event).
If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant may be designated, provided the registration fee has been fully paid. The substitute’s details must be submitted to the conference secretariat at least 7 days before the event. Substitution within the same registration category (member/non-member) will be processed at no additional cost. All substitution requests must be communicated by email to the conference secretariat.
Full payment of the registration fee is required to secure final participation.
The conference program is subject to change.
In the event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, registration fees already paid will be refunded. No further liability will be assumed by the organizers. If the conference is postponed, existing registrations will remain valid.
Only papers associated with fully paid registrations will be included in the conference proceedings.
