This web-based system is operated using ConfTool Pro for the preparation and management of this conference.

- All servers are located in ISO 27001–certified data centers in Germany.
- All data is stored and processed on behalf of the conference organizers.
- Each conference installation runs on a separate environment and database. ConfTool operators can only access the data of their own installation (principle of data separation according to German Federal Data Protection Act – BDSG 2018 §64(3)).
ConfTool GmbH will not share your data with third parties or use it for other purposes without the organizer’s prior written consent. ConfTool GmbH complies with GDPR and German BDSG regulations.
