This web-based system is operated using ConfTool Pro for the preparation and management of this conference.
The servers that store and process your data with the ConfTool software are provided by ConfTool GmbH.

• All servers are located in ISO 27001–certified data centers in Germany.
• All data is stored and processed on behalf of the conference organizers.
• Each conference installation runs on a separate environment and database. ConfTool operators can only access the data of their own installation (principle of data separation according to German Federal Data Protection Act – BDSG 2018 §64(3)).

ConfTool GmbH will not share your data with third parties or use it for other purposes without the organizer’s prior written consent. ConfTool GmbH complies with GDPR and German BDSG regulations.

The data collected through ConfTool installation is managed and processed by the conference organizers. Contact details of the operator can be found in the Legal Notice at the bottom left of each ConfTool page.

• Data you provide: Information entered during account registration, submission of proposals, and participant registration.
• Automatically collected data: Browser and operating system details, access time, etc., collected automatically when the system is accessed.

• To ensure the stable and secure operation of the ConfTool system.
• To provide user support and resolve technical issues.

• Free access to stored personal data, its source, recipients, and the purpose of collection.
• Request correction, blocking, or deletion of data.
• Contact the address provided in the Legal Notice at any time.
• Right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Submitting authors must ensure that all co-authors agree to the following:

• Online/offline publication of submission and author details.
• Sharing of data with the organizing committee and reviewers.
• Creation of co-author accounts, if necessary.
